Refund policy

 

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality of craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please send it back to us for a refund or credit within 10 days of receipt minus any shipping charges. We do not allow returns on engagement rings or custom made items.  Special order items that are returned will be subjected to a restocking fee of 15%.

All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with their tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned. All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Please email info@SanLuxe.com and we will email you back an Insured Prepaid Return Shipping Label for shipments inside the Continental United States.  The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or credit.

* San Luxe will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments that is not covered under insurance.

Please print our RETURN FORM, fill it out and include it in your package, as well as your original receipt. Allow 4-7 days for us to process your return.
